ZekaBooking has two clearly separated areas: the business portal for business customers and appointment booking for end customers.

  • My appointments

1. Book an appointment as an end customer

  1. Open the personal booking link of the desired business.
  2. Select a service, employee and an available appointment.
  3. Depending on the business's settings, sign in or create an end-customer account, or book as a guest without a customer account.
  4. For a guest booking, enter your first name, last name, email address and telephone number directly in the booking form. For an account booking, use your saved or pre-filled contact details.
  5. Review your information and complete the booking on a binding basis.
Appointment access after a guest booking Guests receive a personal, non-public management link by email after booking. This link can be used to view exactly that appointment and, where permitted by the business, reschedule or cancel it. The link should not be shared.

2. Who is the contractual partner?

The provider and contractual partner for the booked service is the business named on the booking page.

ZekaBooking provides the technical platform and sends technical confirmations and reminders in connection with the booking.

3. Manage appointments

Registered end customers can view their bookings in “My appointments”. Guests manage the individual appointment via the personal link in the confirmation email.

Where permitted by the business, appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled via the respective access. The deadlines and conditions set by the business apply.

4. Personal data

Contact details can be maintained in the “Personal data” area. These details may be pre-filled for later bookings.

Storage in the user account and appointment-related processing are separate operations under data-protection law. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

5. Set up ZekaBooking as a business

  1. Register a business account and confirm the email address.
  2. Add services, employees and opening hours.
  3. Review business and contact details.
  4. Publish the booking page.
  5. Embed the booking link or widget on your own website.

The business portal is intended exclusively for the respective business and its authorised users.

End customers do not use the business portal; they use the booking page. Registered end customers additionally use “My appointments”; guests use the personal management link from their email.
