Does registration cost anything?
No. The Standard plan is completely free for you. If you register for it now, the price of 0 stored for your agreement remains in place even if the Standard plan later becomes paid for new agreements. Premium includes a 14-day free trial, and you do not need to provide payment details when registering.
Are there fees per booking?
No. ZekaBooking does not charge commission on individual customer appointments.
Are WhatsApp charges included in the Premium price?
The WhatsApp quota in Premium is a ZekaBooking usage limit for automation, not Meta credit. Meta bills WhatsApp Business Platform charges separately and directly to your business. You therefore set up a payment method and billing currency once in your own Meta/WhatsApp Business account. ZekaBooking does not receive or store card or bank details.
Which plan is right for me?
Standard is usually sufficient for smaller teams. Premium is intended for businesses with more staff, services or bookings.
When does the agreement start after the trial?
If your business setup is fully completed during the trial, the agreement starts afterwards under the conditions stored at registration. If the stored price is 0, use remains free. If setup is still incomplete after 14 days, your business is disabled and no subsequent use starts. Later activation does not start a new trial.
