Plan & cancellation

Transparent information about ZekaBooking, privacy, contracts and the use of our platform.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This page explains to business customers how ZekaBooking plans, contract periods and cancellation in the business portal work.

The conditions actually agreed for your business are always shown under “Plan & subscription”. There you can see your current status, periods, prices and the specific cancellation date.

1. How do the plans work?

ZekaBooking may be offered free of charge or for a fee depending on the market. The plans and prices currently available depend on the country of your business. The conditions agreed for your contract are stored when the contract is concluded and are not automatically replaced by later price changes.

Standard and Premium differ mainly in plan limits and additional functions. The limits that apply to your business are shown under “Plan & subscription”.

2. Trial and continued use

For a regular start, the 14-day trial begins after successful email verification. During this period you can set up your business and try ZekaBooking.

Whether free or paid use begins afterwards depends on the conditions stored for your contract. Time-limited promotional offers are additionally subject to the offer conditions displayed for them.

3. Where can I see my contract?

In the business portal, “Plan & subscription” shows items such as contract status, trial end, current period, any minimum term, plan limits, invoices and a scheduled cancellation.

Open “Plan & subscription”

If you are already signed in as a business customer, you are taken directly to the subscription area. Otherwise the business login opens first.

4. How does cancellation work?

Cancellation is scheduled online under “Plan & subscription”. Before confirmation, ZekaBooking shows the earliest possible end date.

  • During the trial, use generally ends at the displayed trial end if cancellation is scheduled in time.
  • A free zero-price agreement has no paid minimum commitment; the current period shown in the portal is decisive.
  • A paid agreement may have an agreed minimum term. Afterwards it renews according to the agreed conditions.

A scheduled cancellation can be withdrawn in the same portal area before it takes effect, provided the contract has not already ended.

5. What happens to existing appointments?

Cancelling the ZekaBooking plan does not automatically cancel appointments already agreed with customers. You remain responsible for performing, changing or cancelling them.

When the contract ends, the public booking page is deactivated. The appointment overview and export may remain available for a limited access period. The exact end of that period is shown in the portal.

6. Detailed cancellation rules

Detailed rules on the trial, minimum term, cancellation date, data access and extraordinary termination are available in the cancellation information and the business terms.
